John L. McAdoo Dissertation Award
This award recognizes one of the pioneers and leaders of the Ethnic Minorities Section, whose scholarship and mentorship has influenced many of the NCFR EM members. The monies will be used to help support dissertation research in the area of ethnic minority families.
Marie F. Peters Award
The Marie F. Peters Award, formerly the Ethnic Minorities Outstanding Achievement Award, was established in 1983 for the purpose of recognizing distinguished scholars, researchers and practitioners who have contributed significantly in the area of ethnic minority families.
