Cancellations, refunds
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and posted by October 15, 2010. All refunds are subject to a 50-percent administrative fee. No refund requests accepted after October 15. No refunds for special events, workshops or pre-conference events unless the event is canceled. Refund checks will be mailed approximately 3 weeks after the conference.

Preconference and other pre-registration events; CEUs Precon Japan Town
Preconference Learning Event, Tues, Nov 2, 9am-2pm $50 estimated. "Immersion into East African Cultures in the Twin Cities," Tuesday, Nov. 2, 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. A pre-conference tour where you will meet with Somali community leaders and family members about immigration, adjustment, and social issues; eat lunch at a local restaurant; and visit the shops of a Somali Mall in Minneapolis.

Extension Family Specialists Workshop, Tues, Nov 2, 12:30-7:30pm; $50 ($60 after Oct 15); students $40

Theory Construction and Research Methodology Workshop (TCRM), T-W, Nov 2-3. Professionals $30. Students $25 (all TCRM registrants now have access to papers)

Affiliate Councils Leadership Workshop, Wed, Nov 3, 8:30am-1pm; $30 (free to affiliate officers)

Student Affiliate Officers and Advisors Meeting (no cost)

Continuing Education Units (NBCC approved; NASW approved) $25
