Conference submissions. Uncertain whether you should submit a proposal?
Are you a first-timer and a little overwhelmed by the idea of
submitting your initial conference proposal? NCFR has a "proposal
mentoring program." We have assembled a cadre of experienced presenters
who are willing to volunteer their time to help you. Write up a draft
proposal. Send it to Cindy Winter (cindywinter@ncfr.org)
by February 8 (deadline extended one week). We will match you up with a
supportive adviser who can review it with you and make suggestions. The
timeline is tight…the submission deadline is March 1, and your mentor
needs time to review it for you.
